polotek I feel like we do a great disservice to our newer coworkers when we don’t tell them they’ve done something wrong. The big deal, for me, is making sure they know that it’s ok. It’s just some code. And that they have space to fix it.On twitter.com

polotek If somebody does a big enough fuck up to take down prod or something, I pull them aside after the retro and earnestly welcome them. “I’ve done it. Most every great engineer I know has.
