                braziljs The last week has been emotionally exhausting. I get intensely nervous before talks. I don't sleep well when I travel.

          It wasn't grand gestures either. It was the little things that I noticed immediately. People switched to English so I'd feel included

      Nothing ever felt forced or like some sort of obligation. It was just genuine kindness. I hope to be able to repay it someday
