Truth is, it's weird that I can say that every woman I've ever worked w/ in this industry is amazing. Tons of "meh" dudes (not recently ❤️)

We expect dudes that aren't amazing. It's just fine. It should be expected that everybody can't be amazing. I'm certainly not on that level.

Anyway, I'll be more satisfied when I can say "Sure, I worked with ___. She was OK. I'd probably work with her again." like I do with dudes.
