    @samplifylife Honestly? For me, the important part was having very strong, set times. Boundaries are important.

      @samplifylife Work time is these hours. Family time is these. First thing of the work day is setting priorities for your day. Helps w/ focus

        @samplifylife If work overflows, I hit it when everybody else is asleep. Waking up early is my best time for that, but YMMV
