jedgar I think that's what they hoped for during the bubble... but it's been 15 years now and there's been no real movement.

jedgar that being said, hiring in general is really hard and far more error prone when you're a company that's ramping up quickly

jedgar and it's a bit harder to figure out if you totally fucked up during a hire with remote devs. Going remote requires a lot of trust
