Need to call Comcast, but every single time, and I mean EVERY time, the call volume is higher than normal. Bizarre.

Surprise! The call volume is higher than normal! Also, after 5 min, the hold system just hung up on me. Glad I have a choice in my service

Called back, then they called me back. Ok. I'll take it. That's fine. My service is apparently ok according to them. Resetting remotely.

For context: My connection speed is about 1/30th of what it normally is right now. It's a bit tough to work from home with this.

Welp. They need to send a technician out to me. We're 20+min into this phone call. The rep has been friendly, at least.
