      It didn’t feel like I had to make a call on “gotta make the company money” vs “gotta be good to the community” on this one, which has happened more than a couple times in my OSS-adjacent work. We built something we’d want to pay for on top of a tool people can use for free

    It’s been a few years since I’ve been on the engineer side of a release. That was fun and a hell of a rush but _whew_ it’s nap time and then regroup and map out what’s next (I’m sure there will be plenty of tweaks)
