EliFitch I chop up vegetables (onions, peppers, snap peas, carrots, mushrooms, whatever sounds good and is cheap). I put them in there with tofu. I season the shit out of it (msg, garlic powder, salt, red pepper flakes) Done

EliFitch I’m pretty quick with a knife so this takes less than 10 minutes total. Cleanup is “scrub the wok out, re-oil”
