johnbender I've been doing this kind of structure for 4 rides/week. 45 min mostly (with a 60-90 in there on saturday), some jumping way above VO2 max for sprints. It's a noticeable increase in the FTP test, each time (normally 2-4% over an 8-10 week period). When I go 5+yoga, it's _huge_
