I took a look and my resting heart rate is down about 15 bpm in the last 6 months. I haven't had a panic attack in roughly 5 and a half. I'm legitimately the least stressed about work that I have been in about 5 years and I'm simultaneously getting a LOT done. This is nice.

If you're in the situation where your office bar is getting a lot of use and where you're skipping a lot of meals and where you're moving meetings regularly because you dread them so much (or you're straight up crying because you don't want to go, but must)... It can get better.

It might be normal in our industry (god, I have no idea what "normal" is) to lose sleep consistently and to burn out regularly, but it doesn't _have to be that way_.
