This last month has been fun because I can tell when a package is going to be on time or _maybe_ a day late (if they ship with UPS) or if I'll have several days of waiting and then have to call and complain and open a case and then it turns up late (FedEx).Permalink On twitter.com

I'm at 8 out of my last 10 packages going into "Pending" status with FedEx, many of them while the package is scanned and sitting a half hour away. I find this _so very_ frustrating. I'm definitely at "I'm never using their service by choice ever again."On twitter.com
