    johnbender The second! People focus very very strongly on a specific set of numbers given to them because they are easy to measure and ignore all other variables to the detriment of the users.

      johnbender We've had this problem for a very long time and over time, the data of focus changes, but what we truly care about is user experience for every user who visits and maybe those numbers are a bad measurement for that.
