KevinFerron JemYoung I’m sorry that’s been your experience. Having trust and shared accountability between product and engineering is crucial. Engineers need to play a massive part in roadmap creation and the understanding that work takes as long as the work is going to take must be shared.On twitter.com

KevinFerron JemYoung Once you’re there you can more easily argue for hiring budget, tech debt that must be paid off, etc. That being said, regularly revisiting this roadmap is absurdly important. Understanding the long term goals of the team is mandatory for management.Permalink On twitter.com
