MissAmyTobey Somebody once told me "Talent isn't a pool, it's a stream." My assumption when I ask that question is that we (me or the person I'm asking) will not both be working at this place anymore. MissAmyTobey I _do_ give them the context around asking it, though. "What's your career aspirations? How do we get you there? What books can I recommend? What classes? What kinds of projects can we line up for you around here? Do you want to speak in front of people? Etc etc etc"On twitter.com
