What's Operational Tech? Well, I'm glad you asked. Operational Tech is the side of Eaze that makes us... Eaze? Seed to sale tracking, compliance, inventory management, order packing, and delivery. That's what this side does. It's a complicated problem!

It's also an interesting one. Making purchasing cannabis a reliable experience means putting in work at every single step of human interaction. If this sounds interesting to you, please apply. If you have further questions, my DMs are open.

First question answered: I can hire anywhere in the US and also in Canada (via an Employer of Record, so the benefits are slightly different, but total comp remains the same).

Second: No cost of living adjustments. We pay what we pay. Equal pay for equal work.

Third: Languages/Environments! In production we currently have: .NET, Rust, Node, and Python. Knowledge of any of these is super good. Knowledge of more than one is _exciting_.

Fourth: Team makeup: 2 Product Managers 1 Designer 1 Director (me, but I'm hiring 2 managers to report to me to take this and grow more) 2 FE 4 BE (+ you?) 4 Mobile 1 ceejbot 1 isntitvacant

Fifth: No, not everybody here smokes weed. You can totally work here if you don't smoke weed. We just think adults should legally and reliably be able to purchase and consume cannabis and that the drug war is racist bullshit meant to destroy black and brown communities.
