Management Question: What’s your 1:1 scheduling strategy? I have ~15 1:1 style meetings per week (not all direct reports — that would hurt me). I’m trying to figure out how to lay them out best. My old strategy of “take them in a day” is getting tough (9 today. *whew*)Permalink On twitter.com

I’ve set up a significant portion of my management life so everything happens in big blocks of time. Tuesday through Thursday will end up being 20hrs of meetings, etc but Monday/Friday are far less (3 each, or so). Not sure if this is a good strategy anymore.On twitter.com
