      OK, going to do this, now. In 2020 Q2-Q4: - Eaze engineering doubled in size. Our representation for URMs increased during that time as well. - The hiring process has been revamped to fix a lot of wrongs of the past - Trust is up in multiple parts of the org. - 100% retention
