This is the absolute truth. Wildly enough, our ability to “succeed” is tied to it. Your source of income income (especially early in careers) depends on it. There are whole books out there to teach you how to have “real talk” and honestly, I highly recommend them. Especially to west coast white people, where Being Nice is the way to not have to do any real work.On twitter.com
