I want somebody who cares about growing careers. Somebody who knows the difference between coaching, mentoring, and sponsoring. Somebody who knows how to have difficult conversations and does them _early_ and with _empathy_ so people know how to grow the right direction.

I want somebody who will dig into what the business needs and isn't afraid to push back on demands that don't make sense, but at the end of the day understands, "Hey this is a job where we get paid. Let's find out how to keep doing that without sacrificing what's valuable"

I want somebody who understands KimCrayton1's line: "Lack of inclusion is a Risk Management issue" because it truly is, and it's also _bad business_. We make a product whose customer base spans _everybody_ from age 21 up. It matters that we reflect that _especially_ in our field
