I need to fix this. Obviously. I've been working at this for years and am bombing out. I think that pipeline arguments are garbage beyond "I'm not producing a safe and attractive enough environment for people to apply."Permalink On twitter.com

This bothers me at so many levels. People talk a lot about donating to causes to help black children learn STEM subjects, etc. and that's great and everything, but wouldn't it be better if we just hired more black parents and gave them the appropriate space to thrive?On twitter.com
