Another: Quarterly reviews and goal setting. Set goals, work on career growth, figure out what you like and don't like and what might be something you'd like to work toward. Until somebody uses that to punish you for not hitting your goals.Permalink On twitter.com

Gantt charts: Planning! You can actually map out a road map and the staffing associated with it. Until somebody uses it to beat people because they're not hitting exact deadlines.On twitter.com
