kylehill generic_brian Who knows? It's all guesses and feelings. I've had some that felt nice as the engineer, but mostly because they didn't isolate me and spend time attempting to stump me. As a manager? I have a rubric. It is biased because humans. I work hard to try to eliminate my bias from it.On twitter.com

kylehill generic_brian In the end, I try to figure out, over the several hours of gauntlet that people get put through, if somebody is a total asshole and if they seem like the person I can work with. I try to assess their ability to teach things and to talk about complicated subjects.Permalink On twitter.com
