    1. It's been a decade now. I still am yet to see a technical evaluation accurately level somebody during an interview. This is considering hundreds of applicants. Hiring is a tire fire.

    Since this is taking off, here's my interview tips (YMMV): 1. Script and Rubric. 2. Really think about what your team needs. Think about it and then optimize your questions for that. The answer here is _rarely_ tech specific. 3. My best hires are all good writers and teachers
